Two Pixels Above is a stage and studio project of Prague based musicians Subject Lost and Touchwood (a.k.a. Dleeb). Combining autonomic and other (post-)drum’n’bass with the influences of early 90’s shoegaze, sci-fi movie soundtracks and 80’s instrumental synth pop, they themselves call their music shoebass. For Lunchmeat Festival, they have prepared a major overhaul of their show with many new tracks included. The show will only be lit by the video backgrounds, prepared by Subject Lost as a concept on deconstruction of complex bitmap images to more simple colour planes combined with an 80’s videogame feel.
